The team focuses on several key risk types, including conduct, credit, financial crimes, information security, interest rate, liquidity, market, model, operational, regulatory compliance, reputation, strategic, and technology risk.The group provides leadership, enhances communications, assists with problem identification and solutions, and shares best practices. In addition, the group provides an enterprise-wide view of risk, assists management and our Board of Directors in identifying and monitoring risks that may affect multiple lines of business, and takes appropriate action when business activities exceed the risk tolerance of the company.We are looking for an experienced, motivated, resourceful and organized individual that can interface with executives, managers and team members while exercising tact and discretion in handling sensitive information. This position provides excellent exposure to a wide range of administrative and business activities for an experienced, motivated, creative, and aspiring individual by supporting multiple members of the Compliance Strategy and Operations team.Required Qualifications:

3+ years of administrative support experience

Desired Qualifications:

Experience supporting multiple managers with calendar management, travel arrangements, scheduling of meetings and events

Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access) skills

Microsoft Visio experience

Ability to consult, build, and maintain solid working relationships in and outside of immediate department

Ability to handle confidential material in a professional manner

Ability to manage changing travel itineraries, accurately manage expense reimbursement, manage a busy calendar and appointments flawlessly

Ability to research and report on a variety of issues using problem solving skills

Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications

Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills

Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
