AEY Enterprises is hiring immediately for full time, year-round site foreman positions. We offer highly competitive wages, 401K and have health insurance packages.
Qualifications:
HS Diploma/GED required
Ability to supervise crews to included coaching, developing and training
Experience and knowledge in site management
Ensure that construction activities move according to schedule
Sound knowledge about safety standards and requirements
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Most importantly, someone who is enthusiastic and has an upbeat attitude
Excellent written communication skills
Strong focus on quality and quality assurance
Capacity to handle pressure and the demands from the general contractors.
At least OSHA 10 safety training or willingness to obtain.
