Oversees cascading process of Trade Marketing plans to region level team of Channel managers
Provide customer and consumer connected solutions (Retail Programming) based Shopper Insights, Gap Analytics and Demand Landscape to drive Channel performance
Budget management - Direct Marketing (local geographic & media) budgets and Administrative
Provide street level feedback on national brand programming, local brand/retail programming and competitive activity to internal zone management and field sales team
Support regional channel category research and analysis of Trade Promotion and Category Management
Leads communication process and cascade program menu for the channel to drive sales discussions for upcoming Trimester and manage new promotional requests or modifications outside of this menu
Oversee local media, brand and retail marketing program activation and effectiveness - ensuring resources are being effectively utilized to drive National and Regional business priorities/initiatives with a Teamwork (Geo / Media) approach (did we sell more profitable beer)
QualificationsQualifications
Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred
8-10 years sales and marketing experience
Results oriented
Cross functional background to include key business area of Sales (including WOD), Marketing/Media (general & ethnic); consumers (demand landscape), Finance and HR/People
Complete understanding of AB Brand portfolio strategy and discipline
Experience leading teams and managing direct reports. Strong people relationship and development
Proficient computer skills and systems knowledge.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
AB Business processes and State Marketing guideline knowledge
