DescriptionThe Marketing team is seeking a driven, dynamic, and results-oriented marketing detail oriented to join our team. The Region Marketing Manager will be responsible for the management and execution of marketing strategies related to business development, talent attraction and engagement. In this role, you will work with cross-functional stakeholders to support strategies to drive organic growth/M&A activities, while continually developing and nurturing a talent pipeline of high-quality candidates, including business professionals, SRNAs, residents, and experienced anesthesia clinicians, that align with NAPA''s culture and support our mission to deliver exceptional experiences to patients, every day. To be successful in this role, the Region Marketing Manager will need to understand the landscape of various local markets and talent communities to facilitate comprehensive, impactful campaigns that will continuously attract and engage our key target audiences, and achieve results. This individual should be passionate about the opportunity to cultivate our reputation as the destination of choice for anesthesia among candidates and other external audiences. '' Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to fuel the talent pipeline and enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle '' Deliver integrated marketing programs that align with both short and long-term business goals to attract the attention of talent communities and hospitals/ASCs, nurture leads, and drive action across local markets '' Partner with the Business Development team and regional leadership to drive B2B demand generation strategy and tactics with hospitals and ASCs '' Utilize influential marketing channels, inclusive of digital and print, to activate NAPA''s culture and mission among healthcare executives, business professionals, SRNAs, residents, and experienced anesthesia clinicians '' Understand market factors and changes in candidate behavior that affect our success in attracting clinicians '' Use a data-driven approach to monitor and assess channel effectiveness, provide ongoing deep-dive analysis of KPIs to optimize productivity and pipeline development, and drive ROI '' Manage internal campaigns to enhance the effectiveness of the employee referral program to create brand ambassadors and increase candidate referrals '' Collaborate with team members to create materials and content, including designed one-sheeters, blogs, and videos, to educate target audiences on our services and employee value proposition across a variety of channels '' Innovate in marketing conceptualize and implement tactics that differentiate NAPA from its competitorsRequirementsDesired Skills '' 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a proven track record of driving growth in a lead generation role '' Demonstrated ability to manage leads, funnels, nurture strategies, and drip marketing '' Strong understanding of digital marketing channels '' Advanced Microsoft Excel work experience combining and analyzing data from various sources, and generating reports and graphics '' Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and metrics associated with recruiting and marketing campaigns in order to determine ROI '' Healthcare experience is a plus '' Knowledge of marketing automation tools such as HubSpot '' Detail-orient MarketingOfficeTeam, a Robert Half Company, matches professionals in the administrative field on a temporary and temporary-to-full-time basis.
