FRENCH BISTRO is looking for an EXPERIENCE EXC SOUS CHEF
We are a 45-seat BISTRO WITH AN PORCH. The food is MOSTLY FRENCH with Mediterranean touch .
you must have at least 10 Years experience as a Sous Chef and has work in French kitchen and be able to lead a team
make daily special will be your responsibility.
We are cooking all the food from scratch and are using mostly organic products
Responsibilities will include prep, service, cleaning,
We are looking for someone who is comfortable working a combination of dinner service, and one weekend brunch.
YOU MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER AND LEAVE YOU EGO HOME.
Schedule per week. 5 evening ship . 2 30 pm to 10 and ONE BRUNCH

pay is based on experience
