Maintenance Assistant Position - available for immediate hire - Tiny House Start Up - growth potential
Ideal Candidate should:
Be a motivated self starter
The ability to work alone/independently with minimal supervision
Come in and be able to plan day/projects.
Able to use creative problem solving
Have own vehicle and valid drivers license
Must be physically fit and able to lift, bend, work laying down and climb
Ability to be on call 1-2 nights a week
Camper/RV knowledge a major plus
Responsibilities:
Keep a daily log of work completed
Work collaboratively with FM and needs of GM and property
Preventative maintenance
Guest requests
Preventative Maintenance:
Complete monthly checklist of preventive maintenance items property wide
Entering all repair needed/completed items into Alice
Having operational understanding of job requirements
Awareness of safety and guest experience concerns
Maintenance requests:
Responding to all maintenance requests in a timely manner
Ability to diagnose issues
Knowing when to ask for help or professional support
Logging all maintenance requests into system
Some experience and cursory knowledge of:
Light Carpentry
Household electric
Plumbing
Heating
Air Conditioning
Light Construction
Flooring
Grounds-keeping
Etc
Additional Duties/Assets:
Assisting Facility Manager on projects
Prepping cabins for cleaning
Any other duties as requested by the General Manager, Assistant Manager or Facility Manager
