We're looking for a friendly & outgoing Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing and dynamic dental practice located near the cottonwood mall area. We are looking for someone with outstanding patient communication skills, loves giving compassionate care, and wants to have a long-term dental home and be a part of our patients' lives over the next 10 years or more.
The current position is a part-time hygiene (approximately 15 hours/week) with bonus opportunities to help with recall and selling our dental discount plan. This position will eventually grow into a full-time, dedicated RDH position as you help our practice grow. If early in your career, you will have docs who don't mind taking the time to offer proper feedback and you will also have TWO other experienced and phenomenal RDHs to help support you and mentor you as desire.
The current part-time schedule is a mix of mornings/early afternoons and afternoons/early evenings until 7:30 PM. No Saturdays! No need to apply if you cannot work in the evenings. Wage is based on experience and skill level and will be within fair market value. We are locally owned private practice - NOT a corporate dental chain.
