Our apartment community needs to fill an immediate opening for the position of Full-Time Leasing Agent. We operate a 99-unit property in an excellent location. As a Leasing Agent, you will become the public face of our property and the key liaison between the management office and our current and prospective renters. Were looking for a friendly, outgoing individual who has previous sales experience and can offer competent service to our renters. You will work with a Property Manager who is on site and a great Management Team at our main office.
Responsibilities include:
Generating traffic reports
Marketing and advertising experience
Answering leasing inquiries/securing appointments
Closing & processing rental applications
Preparing resident lease files
Assist with move-in and move out coordination
Knowing Fair Housing laws a plus
Generating Monthly Competitive Market Survey
Audit resident records weekly as move-ins and move-outs occur
MUST have prior Leasing experience
