Adecco is currently seeking full-time and part-time Customer Service Representatives to assist a client located in Wall, NJ.
Responsibilities will include:
- Answering heavy inbound phone calls.
- Making outbound calls when necessary.
- Assisting customers with any questions or concerns related to the services provided.
- Generating quotes based on details and needs expressed by potential customers.
- Entering data and using internal database systems to process quotes.
Requirements include:
- At least 1-2 years experience as a Customer Service Rep. within a call center environment.
- Excellent data entry skills.
- Clear, professional, and polite phone etiquette.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Full-time hours are from 8:00am - 5:00pm or 9:00am - 6:00pm Monday-Friday
Pay $16/hour
