The Treasury Sales and Service Specialist will assist with developing commercial and business banking relationships by onboarding new-to-bank relationships and deepening existing banking relationships by cross-selling additional fee-based Treasury Services. Key Responsibilities: Attend client/prospect calls with business development, commercial lending, and branch officers to source new Treasury Service opportunities. Actively sell Treasury Services by preparing proposals for new to bank opportunities and for existing commercial and business banking clients. Support Sales by providing appropriate implementation documents to client/prospect for purposes of fulfilling a request for maintenance or new sales opportunity Establish billing for implemented services and monitoring billing and account analysis requests Submit, track & follow up on implementation requests (new product additions, maintenance requests & termination of services) Preparation of commercial account analysis for business development, lending, and branch officers aligned with sales opportunities. Diagnose and resolve non-complex client issues; engage business partners and communicate with customer, Cash Management Sales and/or Relationship Manager. Accountable for accuracy of sales tracking, within Lakeland s CRM database or other systems (including Referrals, Pipeline, Call Reports, and Pricing). REQUIREMENTS Skills Required: Bachelor s degree in areas such as accounting, marketing, business management or finance. 5 years of related banking industry experience. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong business acumen and excellent relationship management skills across all levels. Must be bondable. Preferred Qualifications: Additional years of Business Banking or Treasury Services/eCommerce banking experience.
