ALL Roving positions applicants, Roving Officers MUST have a clean driving record, reliable vehicle, must be registered and insured in Nevada (proof will be required) and officer must have a valid NV drivers license.

Summary
Roving patrol Guards patrol assigned areas with multiple set of properties checking assets as directed in post orders.
Patrol building and grounds of multiple properties, walking regularly, being alert of any violations of property rules and regulations.
Ability to Write detailed reports on android smart phone.
Watch and reports irregularities.
Report/Document theft, vandalism, trip hazards, pool issues, broken windows, lights out, security related maintenance issues.
Reports/Documents observed resident or guest violations including noise and illegally parked vehicles.
Education and/or Experience
Required skill. Minimum high school equivalent education. Minimum age 25, REQUIRES A PILB Security guard card from the state of Nevada with at least 1 year experience, or former military.
Language Skills: Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions in English, write clear and lengthy detailed reports, ability to clearly communicate with residents and others.
Must be able to walk for long duration and able to write extensive and detailed reports.
Additional Requirements:
Must be able to stand and walk for long duration.
Smart phone to utilize our security software.
Computer knowledge a plus.
Must possess a well groomed and professional appearance.
Must pass background/drug test.
Verifiable employment history.
Must be able to stand and walk for long duration's.
Current PILB Guard Card.
Must be able to work any shift.
