Express Employment Professionals is looking for Courtesy Patrol Officers for a prestigious condo and time share property on the strip to patrol resort premises and monitor surveillance to maintain order and assist guests.
Pay Rate: $17.00
Graveyard shift, 10pm-7am
Days off will vary. Weekends required. 40 hours
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide security and protection for the owners, guests, team members and property from foreseeable harm.
Enforce the CC&R's Rules and Regulations of the property.
Identify and report all fire and safety hazards and other defects that may be in needs of immediate attention.
Administer first aid and assist sick or injured guests and team members whenever necessary.
Monitor and control parking and vehicular traffic within the property.
Warn violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking or carrying forbidden articles, and apprehends or expels persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts.
Watches for and reports irregularities such as fire hazards, leaking water pipes, and security doors left unlocked.
Sounds alarm or calls police or fire department by phone in case of fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
Record data such as property damage, unusual occurrences, and malfunctioning of machinery or equipment.
Be alert for unauthorized removal of company property.
Be knowledgeable with all emergency equipment, including the Life safety System, emergency medical kit and resort desk duress alarm and appropriate actions for each.
Perform all duties as directed by your supervisor.
Maintain an accurate shift log of all patrols and watches during your shift.
Assist with Check ins, Reservations, Customer Service, Bellman duties, bringing out the trash dumpsters, Bio Hazards, making keys, etc.
Requirements:
· High school diploma or GED
· 2 years’ experience in Casino/resort Security
· Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
· Ability to write simple correspondence.
· Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
· Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
· Ability to conduct yourself in a professional and courteous manner, with a positive attitude at all times.
