Paradise Structures is looking to add a Job Site Superintendent to its team. Paradise Structures is a new modular building manufacturing company based out of Belgrade and Livingston whose mission is to make
sustainable architecture accessible to everyone.
Primary responsibilities include:
Primary onsite supervision
o Organize and oversees all on site construction activities.
o Scheduling of workers
o Delivery of Equipment and materials
o Corresponding job progress to project manager
o Ensure that subcontractors fully execute and comply with their contracts
o Works with contractors to complete project
o Provide technical assistance to construction team and sub-contractors
Overseeing jobsite safety
Submit all project related documents
o Daily reports
o Timecards
o Delivery tickets
o Quantity report
o Other reports require by project manger
Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed
Skills:
Experience reading construction and critical path schedule documents
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to coordination and schedule with subcontractors and suppliers
Detail-oriented
Great Attitude
Ability plan and accomplish goals
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a commercial superintendent
Available to work with tools if necessary
Provide quality assurance from ground breaking to close-out
Willing to travel
Valid driver’s license
