Individual or couple to LIVE on site as Resident Manager(s) and manage a mid sized (128 units) apartment complex. Small refurbished one bedroom apartment includes all utilities, internet, 100% medical and dental benefits, (if needed) profit sharing and a monthly salary and bonuses. No more than two occupants in apartment. Resident Managing and some maintenance experience helpful and preferred but not necessary. Answer phones, collect and post rents. Act as liaison between tenants and property owner. Maintain property by addressing tenant complaints, completing repairs, contracting snow removal companies and enforcing rules of occupancy. Coordinate maintenance schedule with Maintenance Coordinator. Person(s) who gets this position are required to live in the apartment.
