The Lien Release Department also provides lien release services as directed by business partners in Default operations for short sale, charge off and deed in lieu transactions.In this role you will be working under general supervision and following established procedures, but must be self-directed and able to coordinate priorities with other team members to ensure a successful team. It can be a very fast-paced environment, depending on the workload. You may act as an escalation point for staff regarding complex issues or transactions, providing training as needed.Duties may include but are not limited to: Assigning and monitoring work queues Receiving and reviewing incoming documentation and processing to departmental standards Providing training to new employees or managed resources establishing clear and consistent expectations Verifying the accuracy of documentation and reviewing internal audits Providing feedback as necessary to further coach and develop team member progress Resolving complex issues by utilizing multiple resources and records Identifying a wide variety of financial/mortgage documents Performing root cause analysis Providing feedback as necessary to the management team Offering ideas for process improvements or efficiencies Participating in ad-hoc requests and/or special projects as requested Handling work escalations and customer complaint managementPlease note that posting duration may be shortened based on job seeker volume. Required Qualifications:

3+ years of operations experience

Desired Qualifications:

Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and distribute complex work

Effective organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skills

Quality review skills

Leadership experience including training and providing performance feedback to staff/managers

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Basic Microsoft Office skills

This position requires compliance with all mortgage regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo's compliance policies related to these requirements including acceptable background check investigation results. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents.
