We’ve built our team of top professionals by rewarding their accomplishments and ensuring they have what's needed to succeed.The Consumer Control Monitoring and Surveillance Analytics Leader will have responsibility for building and maintaining a strong analytical foundation to measure, report and monitor the Consumer Banking control environment for the Consumer Bank. This leader will have responsibility for the implementation of surveillance solutions that identify potential risk issues and deliver real-time alerts for research and resolution.Responsibilities include:

Design and implement solutions that use actionable data and observations to monitor risk across the Consumer Bank businesses.

Lead efforts in collaboration with LOB constituent groups to research, strategize, develop requirements, and implement real-time alert capabilities and case management workflow.

Lead efforts to integrate necessary processes, metrics, applications, and data sources to enable near real-time alerts, and provide leadership with an aggregated and comprehensive lens across all aspects of risks.

Partner closely with senior leaders across Consumer Banking to identify and optimize the ongoing risk reporting necessary to support front line and LOB accountability for maintaining a strong and comprehensive control environment.

Partner closely with Independent Risk Management, Wells Fargo Audit Services, and Regulatory groups to ensure effective issue management and timely resolution of issues.

Partner with technology groups to connect the back end business rules detection engine, the front end user interface, and the case management workflow tool.

Lead a team of professionals in executing key operational objectives throughout the group.

Location: Charlotte, NC; Minneapolis, MN; Des Moines, IA; and Phoenix AZ are preferred. Other locations we may consider: Denver, CO; Atlanta, GA; St Louis, MO; Portland, OR; Dallas TX; Salt Lake City, UT; San Antonio, TXAs a Team Member Manager, you are expected to achieve success by leading yourself, your team, and the business. Specifically you will:

Lead your team with integrity and create an environment where your team members feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes them.

Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in analytics, modeling, or a combination of both

6+ years of management experience; or 6+ years of leadership experience in an advanced quantitative analytics function

Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
