Position : Task Supervisor/Integration Team LeadLocation : Sterling Heights, MIASRC Federal Field Services is currently seeking an Task Supervisor, Integration Team Lead to support the US Army in Sterling Heights, Michigan. This is a great opportunity to work in a research and development facility. The work is dedicated to advancing technology in ground vehicle systems and capability for our troops.Overview:The Task Supervisor, Integration Team Lead will support and direct the activities of the Integration Build Team at various Army installations. The integrations typically consist of the installation of "A" kit hardware in support of a new or updated radio communications system and /or vehicle power upgrades to support the additional electrical load of the new radio communications system. The Integration Team Lead position consists of but is not limited to:

Provide onsite leadership of the Integration Team typically 5 members strong.

Coordinate Integration site setup.

Verify vehicle build per the vehicle build router.

Maintain vehicle integration records and daily build schedule.

Provide daily build schedule updates to the Tactical Radio Team.

Provide support to the Integration Team as required.

Develop vehicle build routers

Work with the project and engineering team during the engineering and design phase of the project to gain familiarity with the A Kit installation process.

Support technical writers in the development of the installation manuals.

Assist with the development of the unit specific vehicle build matrix.

Develop tracking matrix for intercom system component serial number tracking.

Good leadership skills.

Minimum of 5 years of related experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Highly organized, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and respond quickly to short deadline actions in a fast paced environment.

Excellent communication (verbal and written) and follow up skills are critical. - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interface with a variety of personalities.

Ability to work with project management and technical leads.

Solid understanding of Military Ground Vehicles to include HMMWV, FMTV and HEMTT.

Position requires 25-50% travel.

Individual must meet government NAC and citizenship/permanent residency requirements to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Extensive background investigation will be performed as a requirement of the job.

Education/Experience:

Minimum of an Associate's degree in a technical discipline.
