We are looking for a full-time caretaker to live on our waterfront estate and take care of the grounds.
You will be full time. Working full days on the property on new projects, repairs, helping, etc.
This person would ideally have lots of experience with:
-Electric work (change breakers, sockets light fixtures, AC units)
-HVAC experience (Diagnose a broken HVAC system, preform annual maintennce)
-Pool Cleaning/ Filter experience
-Gardening/ Lawn mowing experience
-General carpentry and building experience.
This person should also have experience with hospitality. Be very nice and formal and friendly with guests.
You will be provided a place to live for free & also get a monthly stipend.
We can provide you with 1,2,3+ bedroom property so the pay is negotiable.
