Our client in Baltimore, MD is currently looking for a Voice Engineer to join their team. This position can be done 100% remotely after being on-site the first 3 - 4 weeks. The candidate for this role should have experience with VoIP 12.5, Cisco Finesse, CUCM, and UCCX. The hours are 8am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday and this can start immediately! Requirements - Cisco VoIP Administration (UCCX, Call Manager and Unity experience) - Maintain Cisco VOIP server environment- Troubleshoot and resolve issues - Create virtual machines, perform V2V conversions of servers, perform P2V conversions and other tasks when assigned- Monitor the health of the VMware environment- Upgrade and update the VM hosts, ensure VMware is secure and compliant with security policies Robert Half Technology matches IT professionals with some of the best companies on a temporary, project or full-time basis.
