The Holy Donut is a local, family owned and operated business that was founded on the premise that donuts can be a wholesome treat you can feel good about eating, when they are made from scratch with wholesome, quality ingredients. We never use preservatives or artificial colors and source as many fresh, local ingredients as we can, including Maine potatoes and locally sourced butter and buttermilk from Casco Bay Butter.
The Holy Donut is a throwback, old school donut shop that takes the time to hand roll and hand cut our dough which we make from scratch every day! We also cook and hand glaze our donuts in each of our shops every morning. We take a great deal of pride in the products we produce every day. We are looking for others in our community that take pride in their work and want to be part of our team in bringing smiles to the faces of our new guests in Scarborough.

The Scarborough location is open between the hours of 6am and 5pm, This early opening time requires that massive quantities of donuts be produced in the overnight and into the early morning.
Hiring for Full-Time Overnight Donut Makers. The shift starts between 10pm and 2am and runs until 8am and 10am (whenever production is complete) 4 days a week; you can get your hours in 4 days, and have 3 days off.
©Production Position Summary
The production team member is an integral part of the operation, wearing multiple hats in the kitchen and around the shop and is expected to perform a number of tasks throughout their shift. Willingness to demonstrate flexibility, learning new tasks, as well as the ability to multitask effectively are critical attributes the person in this position must possess.
The production team members daily tasks include: Cutting, Shaping, Frying & Glazing donuts to our exacting standards, Making the donut dough, Making breakfast sandwiches, washing dishes,, cleaning work areas, filtering and changing fryer oil, stocking inventory as well as additional tasks as instructed by management.
