Ahoy! We are looking for an experienced and qualified Head Chef for a brand new, full-service restaurant in Kennebunk.
The owners are foodservice vets and already own several businesses in the area. This new establishment is opening in June, features 150 seats, including a full bar, and some outdoor dining.
As the head chef, you would be responsible for the entire back of house operation and coordinating with the owners on menu design, management of the kitchen staff, purchasing, and sourcing of ingredients. The operating season ends in December, with a part-time schedule in the offseason. The salary is paid year-round!
