IMMEDIATE MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR AND HVAC MAINTENANCE TECH NEEDS
Arts Apartments Jefferson Heights is actively seeking apartment maintenance professionals for our established community in Baton Rouge, LA
Maintenance Supervisor:
-Coordinates installation, maintenance and repair work of the community
-Assist with hiring and training of team members
-Works alongside the maintenance crew and leads by example
-Oversees team to ensure units are move-in ready and residents needs are met
-Assist with on-call responsibilities when needed
-Reports any issues to the Property Manager
-HVAC certification is REQUIRED!
Maintenance Tech:
-Works with make-ready crew to ensure units are available for prospective tenants
-Tend to resident service request and assist w/ on-call duties
-Perform electrical appliance, outlet and light fixture repairs
-Knowledge and experience with general plumbing and carpentry needed
-Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair ventilation and air conditioning units
-HVAC certification is a MUST!
