We are looking for a full-time maintenance man for an apartment complex.
Duties include but are not limited to: cosmetic paint, changing flooring, general maintenance repair, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, sheetrock repair, cleaning, trash out, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: inspecting equipment, troubleshooting issues, and repairing or replacing defective parts
- Coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests and addressing any concerns or issues
- Demonstrate leadership skills by effectively managing time, resources, and priorities
Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in maintenance and repair of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members, customers, and vendors
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in work performed
