Description We are seeking a highly skilled individual for a Customer Service Representative role based in Louisville, Kentucky. This role will entail maintaining key operational workflows related to internal teams and vendors, performing routine risk management activities, and completing underwriting for new clients. You'll also be responsible for gathering documents for underwriting, guiding our detail oriented Services team, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new and existing customers.
