Looking for a lead HVAC installer to be the project foreman/superintendent HVAC. Skills and Responsibilities include:
Reports to the jobsite daily, always on time with a reliable vehicle
Capable of reading project plans and specifications
Familiar with typical commercial HVAC systems Assigns tasks to installation crew daily lining out each team member with their responsibilities for the day
Installs thermostats and some low voltage controls and wires back to associated HVAC equipment
Performs limited start-up and trouble shooting at the end of construction
Provides warranty support of installation during first year after installation to help identify and address warranty issues
Works well in a team environment and willing to monitor and mentor less experienced team members
Journeyman license preferred, must have clean driving record.
