Responsibilities also include establishing performance and profitability standards as well as managing team members to evaluate and understand the impact of the profitability levers including the cost to serve for each franchise. This position will have significant interaction with Sales, Marketing & Finance and regularly present and educate to enforce compliance process excellence.Duties and responsibilities

Ensure the accurate and timely set-up of customer pricing, volume commitments, and incentives.

Develop and manage contract compliance initiatives.

Manage processes that identify and minimize the impact of contractual issues and pricing discrepancies.

Provide guidance to Marketing in conjunction with product launches, program initiatives and price modeling and drive execution with the team.

Responsible for the creation of analytical tools to support and drive contract profitability, including reporting on contract results, as well as partnering with IT on tool enhancements for sales visibility.

Key member of contract profitability and price strategy teams that drives profitability improvements and ensures pricing alignment within the contract portfolio.

Drive process innovation in order to develop solutions, efficiencies, achieve results and enhance contractual compliance processes.

Lead a weekly exception review team amongst multiple cross-functional leaders to govern contractual exception requests and gain alignment while protecting operational processes.

Ensure employee conformance to established policies and practices by providing timely training and regular A.C.E. meetings.

Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in leadership, communication, problem-solving and team development are critical.

Performs well under pressure and is able to organize workload and prioritize tasks across the team.

The ability to develop, balance and understand the outcomes of individual decisions and actions, which may impact cross functional teams and downstream results.

High energy and the ability to work in a dynamic, highly matrixed environment.

Strong decision maker who can govern compliance processes amongst leadership from cross-functional teams.

Bachelor’s degree is required. Previous management experience or 3-5 years within Business / Sales Operations or a related business field preferred.
