This means conducting business with integrity, accountability, and professionalism while supporting our global community.As a NAND Memory Cell intern in the Process and Device Research and Development group at Micron Technology Inc., you will be responsible for performing electrical evaluation of 3D NAND cell characteristics.Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Performing the following:
Electrical evaluation of 3D NAND cell program and erase performance.
Reliability characterization of 3D NAND Cell such as endurance and data retention properties.
Statistical analysis on the measurement results.
Develop 3D NAND device physics models based on the discussions with colleagues and mentors.
Training for NAND device, characterization tools and data analysis tools will be provided.Qualifications:Successful candidates for this position will have:
The knowledge of and experience of semiconductor devices characterization or/and processes development projects
The knowledge of and experience with nonvolatile memories are preferred.
A good understanding of statistics.
Solid communication and reporting abilities.
Education:
Candidate must be working on an MS/PHD in Electrical Engineering degree (or equivalent).
Must be continuing education in Fall of 2020 (Expected graduation date must not be before September 1st, 2020)
