The Scheduling Coordinator position is an exempt salaried position. The annual salary range for this position is $36,000 to $45,000, depending on experience, plus an annual discretionary bonus and other cash incentives. Other benefits include paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, and medical insurance.

The Scheduling Coordinator is primarily responsible for scheduling all daily, weekly, monthly and non-recurring specialty cleaning, maintenance and SaniGLAZE projects, and coordinating the schedule with customers and the company's cleaning professionals.

The essential functions of the job include, but are not limited to, the following:

Utilizing the company's computer scheduling software to calendar all project work.

Confirming each project's requirements and scope of work.

Coordinating project schedules with the company's customers via email, text and telephone.

Working directly with the company's cleaning professionals and their supervisory team to confirm the scope of work, the availability of resources, and the availability of personnel.

Following-up with customers after the completion of scheduled work to ensure customer satisfaction.

Reviewing customer contracts to identify project work and to develop the annual calendar of recurring projects.

Creating work orders for each project using the company's work order management software, and closing work orders upon completion of each project.

Reviewing completed work orders for accuracy and communicating with company staff to resolve discrepancies.

Ensuring the accuracy of completed work orders, and communicating with the company's accounting department for timely invoicing.

Maintaining the project work history for each client.

Miscellaneous office administrative tasks in support of the sales, accounting, and operations departments, including: invoice support, ordering supplies, maintaining customer key logs, and updating safety data sheet books.Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Minimum of two years of applicable experience.

High school diploma or equivalent. Preference for a college degree.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word and Excel.

English language fluency.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.

Experience working in a professional office setting.

Friendly and collaborative personality.

Minimum of three references, including at least one personal and one professional who can confirm that the candidate meets the qualifications and can perform the job functions.Additional information
