Established construction company with years of experience & consistent growth is looking to hire a full time Estimator / Project manager to its team.
Requirements:
-Blueprints reading, understanding of the general specifications of this type of work.
-Preparing estimates with On Screen Takeoff / Quick Bid.
-Work on multiple estimates at once while continuing to Manage multiple projects.
-Estimating range of 25K-5M+
-Preparing submittals, procurement of material, and labor and equipment management.
-Able to work closely with project foreman and project team.
-Monitoring and reporting on construction progress.
-MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF METAL FRAMING, DRYWALL, & ACT
