The Productivity Coach is an individual who is both experienced and passionate about helping coach new and seasoned agents. You will be utilizing a fully online training program as well as a virtual campus with hundreds of live trainings and seminars. In addition, we set up weekly coaching and accountability meetings so that you have a support system in the event that you have any questions about eXp’s programs.
The ideal coach will be someone who embraces succeeding through the success of others and wants to be involved in the team building process. They view learning as the foundation of their action plan and is willing to devote himself or herself fully to this role in return for multiple streams of passive income and opportunities.

Compensation:
$95,000+ coaching commissions and business sales
Responsibilities:
Coach and teach contracts and goal setting
Teach database and lead generation systems
Command training
Utilize proven strategies of organic lead generation with coaching clients
Hold Coaching appointments
Group coaching
Weekly accountability with agents
Qualifications:
A Valid Real Estate License is required for this job
Real estate sales experience
20+ completed transactions searchable in the MLS
Team player
Coachable and trainable
Desire to grow personal real estate business
