We are a local CPA firm located in the Conejo Valley, just north of Los Angeles. We offer an array of services to a diversified clientele, ranging from bookkeeping to accounting to income tax to various levels of management consulting. There is significant client contact and client responsibility involved.
This job is available immediately, and entails extensive bookkeeping and write up work.
This is a full time position, and requires that you:
1. have knowledge and experience in bookkeeping and accounting, including payroll, payroll taxes, sales taxes, accounts payable and bank reconciliations;
2. are proficient in QuickBooks;
3. are courteous and friendly, detail-oriented, able to relate well to others, are hardworking, and inspire confidence; and,
4. are at ease when using a computer for business purposes, which does not include music downloads, messaging, tweets, or updating your facebook account.
