We are looking for a marketing production/jr. designer to join our Creative Services team.
As an integral part of the team, the ideal candidate will be able to design amazing creative deliverables with tight turn times. We provide creative services for a variety of high-tech companies in the Bay Area. We are also a part of an agile animation, video and production company and will have the opportunity to provide creative strategy and graphics. Our new production / jr. designer will be able to:
Create visual concepts that match the content and the brand.
Design layouts for print and web including collateral (high-end reports, briefs, white papers, data sheets, etc.), web banners, event signage and booth graphics.
Perform maintenance and updates to existing designs.
Synthesize feedback from multiple sources and iterating rapidly on mockups.
Champion creative campaigns from inception, through the production stage to completion.
Working alongside senior creative and marketing staff to craft marketing/brand strategy
Develop a deep understanding of products, target audiences and competitors' activities.
Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat.
Must have usable knowledge and can design within PowerPoint.
Meticulous with layout with special attention to typography.
Be able to multitask, working on several creative requests at once, sometimes under pressure and often with tight deadlines, and with a smile.
Keeping up to date with popular culture and market trends, focusing on digital marketing.
At least 2 years marketing design experience in-house or within an agency.
Starting: $25/hr DOE
