Mosquito Super Vacs (www.Mosquito-America.com) is in search of an entry level bookkeeper to assist with accounting and customer services functions. We are a leader in manufacturing commercial vacuum and janitorial machines. A young company trying to meet customer demand, seeking to build a strong team of people to grow off of. This is a part time to possibly full time position that is paying $14-$17 depending on experience.
Flexible hours, you can work between 7am - 4:30pm Monday – Friday 4 - 8 Hour shifts
Job Responsibilities
Order Processing
Assist with AP/AR departments
Processes invoices with 100% accuracy
Medium volume incoming calls
Build great relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Obtaining and entering accurate customer orders
Run system queries, review lead times, provide backorder updates, and assist with special projects
Other duties as required or needed
Miscellaneous General Administrative/Office duties and filing
Job Qualifications:
Excellent phone etiquette and a drive to provide fantastic customer service
Emailing customers invoicing answers, facilitating with management
QuickBooks Experience a Plus (Training Available)
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multitask, prioritizes, and manages time effectively
Education:
High School Diploma
Some college coursework in accounting, finance, business, bookkeeping or closely related field
AA/BS in: Business, Accounting, Bookkeeping or closely related field
o Flexible with students pursuing degree
