It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.Position Summary:The primary purpose of the role is to identify and implement process improvement activities across the enterprise utilizing LEAN/Six Sigma methodologies. This individual will lead the effort to assess where the customer experience may be improved, gains in productivity can be achieved, cost reductions can be realized, and waste can be removed throughout the business units via optimization of current processes and the execution of the re-designed process. Using LEAN/Six Sigma disciplines, existing processes will be examined end-to-end and lean facilitation will be utilized to assist individuals and teams in a solution approach to be tested and ultimately implemented with standard work documented. Efficiencies may come in the form of improvement in support of business infrastructure needs, procurement of new business opportunities, or optimization of current processes.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Support the development, prioritization and execution of continuous improvement projects utilizing LEAN/Six Sigma methodologies for all process improvements.

Assist in the development of key performance metrics and assist businesses in establishing efficient ways to track data in a meaningful way.

Facilitate cross functional improvements teams following DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) roadmap and/or Lean A3 Methodology.

Communicate gaps in process designs and implementations to upper management.

Ability to create business process models, change management procedures, and business process re-engineering transformational processes.

Lead development of value stream mapping, process, and data analysis techniques.

Education and/or Experience

BS/BA Degree (four year) from an accredited university/college

3 to 5 years’ experience in process improvement role

Computer Skills

MS Office programs – Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Project Management software

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Green Belt Six Sigma/Black Belt Preferred

Other Qualifications (including physical requirements)

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Strong organizational, problem solving, and planning skills with the ability to set priorities.

Must possess excellent telephone and customer service skills.
