We are looking for an experienced sales pro to serve as a Summer Marketing Coordinator for an off-campus luxury student housing property.
The Opportunity:
Help lease over 100 bedrooms by bringing into potential leasing traffic between now and mid August.
How?: Prospect for potential residents on-campus, networking with university groups, working with local vendors to, hand out flyers, approach college students and parents, work with local hotels, etc. This opportunity requires hitting the pavement but doing so in a professional-approachable way!
Who?: You are an outgoing, ambitious, goal oriented sales pro You love sales! You can relate to college students in an approachable way, you know how to close a sale, and you want to work work work
Why?: This is an independent contractor (1099) position- 100% commission based. The commission is up to $12,400 payable weekly as you bring leasing traffic into the property and sign leases!
This is a commission based 1099 opportunity through September. Up to a $12,400k in commissions paid out weekly as you lease apartments!
