ON-SITE APARTMENT MANAGERS WANTED
This position is for a community manager at a 280 unit, apartment building in Tucson, AZ. We are seeking managers with successful property management experience. Lead a motivated team, and be in charge of your own team !
REQUIREMENTS :
Knowledge of Appfolio a plus
YOU MUST BE BILINGUAL ( ENGLISH & SPANISH )
Apartment Management Experience (3-5 years preferred)
Customer service oriented
RESPONSIBILITIES ;
Showing available units
Coordinating Vendor Access
Marketing vacancies
Answering phone calls to set showing appointments.
Ensuring property is kept clean including the laundry facility
Handling resident tenants needs
Creating work orders
