At Seis Kitchen we are dedicated to working as a team to serve the best regional Mexican food, using fresh ingredients daily in a high volume setting. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; maintaining all food safety standards, complying with all workplace sanitation guidelines, assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations, verbally communicate with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time, consistently standing for extended periods of time, repetitive lifting of materials as heavy as 50 pounds, and plating food quickly while maintaining quality standards.
