In need of an all around (Maintenance) person. We are looking for someone well accustomed to general maintenance including grounds keeping, and general construction. The grounds keeping would include maintaining the interior/ exterior of the properties, maintaining trash cans, as well as fixing any issues we may have with plumbing, electrical, lighting, wood working, fencing, concrete, servicing heating and air units, general cleaning of apartments/rooms when needed, moving furniture, lifting up to 100 pounds for appliances/furniture when needed with use of a dolly. The general contracting would include room/apartment remodels. This could include, setting tile, floor leveling, painting, installing laminate wood flooring, constructing ceilings/ installing ceiling tiles, hanging doors, drywall, removing/installing toilets, removing/installing vanities. Removing/installing light fixtures, door sweeps, kitchen cabinets, counter tops, baseboard, shelves, window screens, blinds/curtains, bath tubs, shower panels, garbage disposals, installing appliances. There may be other tasks that are not listed that come up as well. Please only apply if you are experienced in these areas. This position is for someone that is good at working alone or on a team. Use of a company vehicle is required when on shift so a DL is required. Attendance and punctuality is a must. This position is a contracting position for the first 90 days while under evaluation.
