Job Compensation:
Starting at $15 to $20 per hour; pay depending on qualifications and experience with opportunity for pay increases.

Job Description:
Pool Service Office Position Responsibilities include:
Helping customers and infield technicians: Answering inbound / outbound calls, text and emails selling our services, data entry, building quotes for repairs needed
Pool Service Office Positions Requirements:
Experience with pool service is a must
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
Solution Focused – Customer conflict resolution skills
Ability to multi-task
Basic math skills
Create and manage appointment and able to meet project deadlines
Ability to work efficiently with other office staff and subcontractors
Effective team builder and motivator
Strong organizational, time management and follow-through skills
Answer / compose emails, voicemail and text
Ability to work well with others: Positive attitude
Experience to include:
Knowledge of swimming pool operations
Knowledge of various electronic system, plumbing repair, salt systems, chemicals, general pool maintenance
Understanding of pumps, filters, heaters and Automation Systems
Building Quotes for pool repairs
High call volume experience preferred
Scheduling Responsibilities For Pool Service Office Position Include:
Helping contractors, job scheduling and completion; ensuring job quality and customer satisfaction.
