CLASSROOM TEACHER ASSISTANT
Assists the teacher in providing developmentally appropriate activities and care to promote the health, nutrition, education and safety of the children.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of early childhood education practices, generally gained through 3 or 6 months experience caring for children preferably in a center-based environment
Child Development Associate (CDA) credential preferred.
High school diploma or GED
EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
Pre-hire: Fingerprinting/Background Check
Post-hire:
CPR and First Aid Certification
Food Worker Card
Health and Safety Training
GENERAL INFORMATION:
Location: 2980 Davis Rd
Schedule: Full Time (32.5 hrs./wk.), full year
Salary: $12.00 to $14.00 per hour DOE
