Job Summary
The Experienced Window Installer will play a critical role in our operations, utilizing specialized skills to enhance our project executions. This position requires precision, reliability, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results. Your main responsibilities will include performing high-quality window installations and related construction tasks, each meeting our stringent standards for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Perform high-quality window installations, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to all safety standards.
Assist in executing high-quality siding repairs and other related construction tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
Collaborate with the project team to ensure seamless execution of projects from initiation to completion.
Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges, applying your expertise to maintain the highest standards of workmanship.
Prepare sites, organize materials, and maintain tools in optimal condition for tasks.
Adhere to stringent safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment for all team members.
Mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices in window installation techniques.
Keep up with industry trends and advancements in window installation and exterior construction.
Results

Requirements
Proven experience in window installations and exterior construction, with a robust portfolio of successful projects.
Expertise in modern installation techniques and materials.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the capacity to perform well under pressure.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Dedication to maintaining safety and quality standards.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to travel to various job sites in and around Cheyenne.
Must reside in or near Cheyenne, WY for in-person work Monday through Friday.
Pre-employment drug screening; adherence to a tobacco-free and substance-free workplace.
Salary
$17 - $21 per hour
