About Us:
We are a premier property management team committed to delivering unforgettable stays for guests. We focus on creating unique, personalized, and seamless experiences, and we need a dedicated Hospitality Manager to lead this effort.
What You'll Do:
Initial support with setting up the Airbnb properties and establishing procedures
Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple Airbnb properties
Ensure smooth guest check-ins, check-outs, and everything in between
Maintain excellent communication with guests, ensuring all their needs are met
Manage cleaning schedules, property upkeep, and inventory
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally
Optimize guest satisfaction through thoughtful details and high standards
Coordinate with contractors, cleaners, and other staff to ensure smooth operations
Monitor booking platforms for availability, pricing, and guest reviews

Knowledge of Airbnb platform and its tools is a plus
Must reside in Casper, Wyoming
Part-time availability, flexible schedule and ability to handle occasional weekend or evening tasks
