PET WALKING/SITTING

My name is Vickie and I live at 100 S 8th Street Apt 1. I am disabled and very sick right now. I have a pom pom that is very spoiled and use to going for walks every day. He is a hyper little thing sometimes but walking he likes to take his time. Can anyone help me please? Right now I only have a $50 on me so I could just give it to you for future walks.
