Human Resources Assistant/Recruiter – Laramie, WY

Trihydro, one of the top environmental and engineering consulting firms in the country, has an opening for a human resources (HR) assistant/recruiter. As an HR assistant, you will contribute to the company’s success by supporting strategic hiring goals to attract, develop, and retain a high-quality, diverse workforce. You will play an active role in designing and implementing the overall HR strategy, including sourcing, and attracting candidates using databases, social media, and other applicable sources. You will also be dedicated to interviewing candidates, assisting with career fairs, coordinating candidate travel schedules, managing records, and supporting office and human resources responsibilities.

This position is based out of Trihydro’s headquarters in Laramie, Wyoming.

We are looking for a teammate who has:

Strong computer skills

An ability to meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure

Attention to detail

Exceptional communication skills

This position requires the following:

0-3 years of experience

Microsoft Office experience
