Personal care attendant needed

We are in need of a personal care attendant for a part-time position 3 to 8:00 p.m. 3 days a week with possibly more hours developing could potentially lead to full-time employment. But at the current present time it'll be 15 hours a week minimum job duties include cleaning meal prepping assistance with personal care if need be transportation to doctor's appointments or stores for general shopping purposes.
