We are seeking caregivers who have access to patients that need 24 hrs. of NON-MEDICAL home care per day and can pay privately (WITHOUT Medicare/Medicaid or any other insurance). Meaning, the person would need to have a caregiver in their home at all hours of the day. For each such client you bring on, in addition to your hourly rate for covering one of the shifts, you can expect to make an additional $25,000+ per year for just that client!
As an example, say that you brought 3 clients to our agency that need 24 hrs. of non-medical care each day, you could be one of the caregivers for that client, and make over $100,000 over the course of the year! $75,000 for finding the clients along with your wages as one of the caregivers!
What do we expect:
-You have at least 1 year of caregiving for an agency or facility (medical or non-medical)
-You can manage at least 2-3 caregivers
-You will be responsible for making final caregiving hire decisions for all of your clients
-You will be responsible for ensuring that all of your clients' shifts are covered
-You will be the point of contact for all correspondence with your clients
