They are responsible for meeting and greeting potential residents and providing general property information. The goal is to solicit potential tenants, convert them into leases and achieve and/or maintain high occupancy.Key Responsibilities and Duties: Present market ready units and provide amenitiesReceive depositsCreate, send and receive leases and move-in checklistsManage key inventoryAssist with lease takeoversOversee lease violationsParticipate in weekly meetings and KPI’sAssist walk-in customersRespond to calls and emailsParticipate in all leasing and customer service functionsReview applicationsQualifications: Ability to learn property management softwareHave excellent customer service skillsExceptional communication skillsPreferred English and Spanish speakerAbility to multitask and be a self-starterJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $10.00 to $15.00 /hourLanguage:Spanish (Preferred)Working Days:Monday (Required)Tuesday (Required)Wednesday (Required)Thursday (Required)Friday (Required)Work Location:One locationSchedule:Monday to Friday8 hour shift
