General SummaryThe Branch Manager 's primary job functions are to manage and develop a branch by building a team of successful originators and support staff. Envoy’s True Profit & Loss model, with low fees and great margins, is a runway for growth and success for those Branch Managers looking to improve their products under this extraordinary platform. Corporate Branches are also available.RequirementsPRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Actively recruit and hire successful candidates for Originator rolesSupervise and mentor Originators in the Branch, processors and support staff within a branchPromote Envoy's products to Real Estate Agents, Home Buyers, other lead sources and all referral sources.Procure new loan applications that result in funded loans.Educate borrowers on current offerings and programs for which they qualifyMonitor the process and communicate effectively with the borrower and all other parties to the transaction on the status of the loanPresent complete and accurate files to the ProcessorProspect for new loan applications by meeting with and presenting products to potential referral sources such as realtors, CPAs, financial planners, and past clientsStay current with required continuing education, new products, Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae guidelines, Envoy guidelines and overlays, and HUD guidelinesMaintain contact with past clients to promote Envoy's productsEnsure all marketing is performed in a manner that is compliantEnsure maintenance of a current license to perform Loan Originator duties within their assigned branchComply with local, state and federal laws regarding the positionConduct business in an ethical manner and in the best interest of Envoy, with Envoy's core values in mindAny additional duties that may be assigned by the Regional ManagerTRUE P&L MODEL ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage Branch revenue and expenses to meet the Company's objectivesMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Must hold State NMLSBachelor Degree or higher preferredOne to three years related Branch Management experienceDemonstrated proficiency in management/motivation of employeesAbility to manage priorities and workflowProven leadership skillsAbility to make timely and sound decisionsAbility to communicate professionally and effectively in person/phoneSatisfactorily pass a background checkJob Types: Full-time, Commission
