Position Objective:The Program Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating various growth initiatives, with specialized resources focused on categories such as: top account governance, inside sales, case study management, and executive event coordination. You will be responsible for ensuring success metrics are achieved across initiatives through tight collaboration with stakeholders, an optimistic and flexible partnership approach, consistent communications, and adoption of standard practices. This role requires a commitment to learning how each initiative impacts the big picture goals within Randstad Digital sales.This position will perform functions to ensure the timely completion of projects and identification/mitigation of risks and issues. Projects require coordination across industry sales groups, marketing, sales excellence, growth office, and training teams.What you get to do:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing potential issues proactively.

Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Implement and adhere to project management best practices and methodologies.

Identify and manage risks, making informed decisions to mitigate potential challenges.

Provide regular updates to leadership on project status, key milestones, and areas requiring attention.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project teams.

Partner with assigned industry group sales leaders to establish and maintain governance structures for top accounts.

Hold sales teams accountable for meeting quantitative and qualitative goals throughout the year.

Manage ownership inventory of accounts, ensuring clarity and accountability within the sales teams.

Provide research support and tailored content to meet the specific needs of top accounts.

Participate in event planning, sales engagement, and driving executive RSVPs for local and national face to face and virtual events

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of executive events.

Provide pre-event planning, on-site support, and post-event follow-up.

Collaborate with marketing and operations to create a seamless experience internally and externally.

Oversee the creation and management of case studies, win wires, and hot pursuits documentation.

Explore creative formats, including internal podcasts and motivational videos, to enhance communication and knowledge sharing.

Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure consistency and alignment with company messaging.

Collaborate with sales teams to define and execute inside sales goals aligned with overall business objectives.

Develop strategies to maximize sales performance, including lead generation, conversion, and customer retention.

Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.

Provide training and support to inside sales teams to enhance their skills and drive results.

What you need to bring:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Minimum 4-year degree or equivalent work experience required

Some college strongly preferred

7+ years experience in Sales operations/enablement, program management

Must have strong experience in full cycle event planning and customer engagement that includes vendor management, event ROI and collateral creation.

Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives

Excellent communication and facilitation skills required for various levels throughout the organization

Strong organizational skills and a reputation for driving accountability and consistency

Demonstrated continuous improvement, process documentation, and workflow skills

Proficient with Google Suite, Microsoft Office suite, and project management tool (such as Trello); knowledge of macros, pivot tables is preferred

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, tasks, and meeting deadlines with quality

Ability to synthesize and analyze information and ideas, as well as communicate key data to stakeholders and groups

Strong drive and commitment for delivering outstanding results

Commitment to continued education regarding specialized areas of focus, such as industry trends, skillsets, and high demand capabilities within the digital and engineering sectors
