Apartment Manager Position, Full Time.

We are currently looking for an Apartment Manager for 90 units.Requirements:1) Excellent customer service and exceptional communication and office skills.2) Must be familiar with Fair Housing Laws and attend annual training sessions.3) Ability to learn specialized property management software via on-line training.4) Takes pride in the work and considers the property as his/her own property.5) Our customers live at your place of business so you will be on call, you will have assistance from maintenance and other community managers.
- Location: Casper, Wyoming at the Legacy Senior Residence and Cornerstone Casper.
- Compensation: The starting rate of pay is $17.50 per hour. This is a full-time position with paid vacations, bonus potential, PTO, medical, dental and vision insurance programs are available. We pay 100% of the employee health insurance. Living on site is not required for this position.
- Preference will be given to those with Appfolio Software experience, and proven LITCH experience. For those new to the industry training is provided.
- You will be working with senior adults and the public, a COVID vaccination is required unless you meet federal exemptions.
- Office hours are 9-5 M-F. Flexibility is needed for resident functions and showings by appointment if availability dictates.
